“Late Smt. Kashi Devi”, W/o Late Sri Ram Jiyavan Sardar, a famous and very popular personality among rural and urban masses of Varanasi in his heydays, was born in a very modest rural family. She had a very kind and motherly heart for the poor and needy ones. She left for the heavenly abode on 12 Nov. 1991.
This Institution has been established on 6th February 1992 with a view to maintain and continue her unfulfilled desires in “Letter and Spirit”.
